My Story
Hi, I’m Sarah, a mum of two energetic boys and a passionate advocate for the power of Pilates.
Having spent over 20 years in the corporate world, the physical toll of long hours and poor posture sat at a desk, with the addition of experiencing back pain during both pregnancies, I found myself increasingly disconnected from my body.
That’s when I discovered Pilates.
What started as a way to manage pain became a transformative journey - not just physically, but mentally. Pilates became a source of strength, mobility and calm in my busy life.
It grew in to my passion, my non negotiable form of exercise, and that passion grew into purpose as I made the decision to train to be a qualified Pilates instructor.
Now, I’m passionate about sharing the power of pilates and the benefits with you.
Whether you’re new to Pilates, recovering from injury, or simply looking for a kinder way to move your body. My Pilates classes are designed to do more than just get you moving - they’re about building a body that supports you in everyday life.
Each session blends mindful movement with intentional focus, helping you tune into your body and move with purpose. Improving mobility and building strength from the inside out. Every exercise is functional to enhance how you move, feel, and perform in real life - whether that’s lifting and carrying those little humans (and their snacks), sitting at a desk, or simply walking with ease.
My goal is to make pilates fun, accessible, and empowering for everyone - because when you move with purpose, everything else follows.
