Finding time for you can be difficult but especially during the festive season, these sessions are designed to help you breathe, reset and feel your best.
Do on the day they drop, or at a time that suits you.
Use in addition to your current training regime, or as a way to keep movement consistent.
Suitable for all levels, just roll out your mat and let's move together!
WEEKLY PILATES SCHEDULE
New classes will drop on the below days, follow the below schedule or fit them in when you can.
2 x classes will drop on Fridays, complete them on separate days over the weekend, or combine them to make a 40 minute full body class.
