I’m Sarah, a mum of two energetic boys based in Nottingham with a love for overly priced coffee, good food, fashion and making time for things that matter most - family and movement.
After spending 21 years in the corporate world, I decided to take a leap in and follow my passion for health and wellbeing. I am now a Level 3 certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, dedicated to helping others experience the benefits of movement in a way that is accessible to all - anytime, anywhere.
My goal is to bring people together through the means of mindful movement, making Pilates accessible, flexible and fun! A space where people feel empowered to move no matter their lifestyle or schedule.

The benefits of Pilates are vast, think improved posture, increased flexibility and mobility, better balance and coordination....I could go on!
My own journey began with back pain, years of long hours at a desk, paired with the physical changes of pregnancy, left me with poor posture and constant discomfort. As a busy mum, I wanted to feel strong, capable and free from pain, not just for myself but to keep up with the demands of everyday life.
Through consistent Pilates practice, my pain faded and my posture improved, as they say, movement is medicine.
I love the creativity of building both Mat and Reformer flows that are both low impact but challenging in a supported way, taking your mind in to your body, all while incorporating the Pilates principles - Breath, Concentration, Centering, Control, Flow and Precision. Making Pilates the perfect way of moving your body to build both mental and physical strength.
As we age, functional movement becomes more important, helping us stay mobile, confident and independent. Together lets create small, consistent habits of mindful movement that build strength, increase mobility and support us through every stage of life. Lets move together!
